5. Multimedia Content and The Velocity Channel

We focus on blending traditional journalism with high-impact video content to provide a 360-degree view of every story. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to stream and temporarily view this content within the platform. Unauthorized downloading, capturing, distribution, or commercial use of our video content, expert analyses, or reporting is strictly prohibited.

6. AI-Generated and Synthetic Content

Content on the Platform may include materials created, modified, or enhanced using artificial intelligence or automated systems. Consistent with our promise of “innovation,” we reserve the right to add labels or warnings to content identified as synthetic or AI-generated to maintain transparency. Personal data will not be used to train AI systems except where explicitly permitted by law or with your direct consent.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

You promise to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

Velocity Vibes is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. We disclaim any warranty with respect to information collected by any third party.

9. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Platform. Velocity Vibes may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Platform at any time, without assigning any reasons, if you breach any provision of this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling or deleting the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform automatically ceases.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

The platform and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Velocity Vibes, its affiliates, officers, and employees disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Velocity Vibes be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Velocity Vibes shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or damage resulting from reliance on the content of advertisements or third-party links. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Velocity Vibes harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
